We collect the following when you use Sonset:

• Account data: email address and authentication credentials
• Usage data: job configurations, schemas, prompts, and generated outputs
• Billing data: payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access timestamps

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the Service
• To process payments and manage your credit balance
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset)
• To improve the Service and fix issues

We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Processing

Your prompts and schemas are sent to third-party AI providers for processing. Generated data is stored in our database and available for download. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train models.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. All connections use TLS encryption. Authentication tokens are JWT-based and expire automatically.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Job results are available for download indefinitely. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your generated datasets

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
