Sonset is a platform for generating structured synthetic datasets using AI models. You provide schemas, prompts, and configuration; we generate data using third-party AI providers.

3. Account & Credits

You must create an account to use the Service. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when jobs run. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits never expire. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
• Circumvent usage limits or billing

5. Data & Output Ownership

You retain ownership of your prompts, schemas, and configuration. Generated output is yours to use, subject to the upstream AI provider's terms. We do not claim ownership of your generated data.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated data. AI outputs may contain errors, biases, or hallucinations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
